黄胸蓟马取食对不同辣椒品种防御酶活性的影响
Effects of Thrips hawaiiensis feeding on the activity of defense enzyme in different pepper varieties
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between the Thrips hawaiiensis feeding and defence of pepper,this paper investigated the activity changes of three defense enzymes in different pepper varieties after T.hawaiiensis feeding treatment.The results showed that with the feeding time extension of T.hawaiiensis,the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT)was increased,and the activity of three enzymes reached the highest after feeding 72 h.The activity rising of defense enzymes was different in different variety of pepper.In the same variety,the activity amount of enzymes is as follows:nymphs feeding (NF) > adult feeding (AF) > control treatment (CK).It indicated that the change of defense enzymes in pepper was associated with the pepper variety,insect state and feeding time of T.hawaiiensis.关键词
