高效液相色谱法测定牛奶中的联苯
Determination of biphenyl in milk by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
To study the biphenyl transferring to milk from plastic packaging,high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for detecting biphenyl in milk was established in this experiment.The results show that the regression equation of Biphenyl standard is y =29.187x + 8.687,and correlation coefficient (R2) is 0.999.It is good linearity of standard curve from 0.051 mg · L-1 to 3.176 mg · L-1.The detection limit of the method is 0.010 3 mg · L-1,the recovery rate is from 99.8％ to 103.6％,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 3.6％.关键词
