Professor Jiang Shiqing's Treatment Experience of Adverse Reactions When Using Endocrine Drug to Treat for Treast Cancer

Abstract
Based on many years of clinical experience and the understanding of TCM theory,Professor Jiang Shiqing elucidated the pathogenesis of breast cancer from three aspects:deficiency,depression and phlegm.Kidney is the source of human Yuan Qi,and the adequate Kidney essence would bring about the Tiangui production.However,endocrine drugs inhibit Kidney essence and impede the enrichment of the decoction,which would result in the decreasing of Kidney Yin and Yang and the deficiency Fire within human body to interfere with the healthy system.This is the fundamental factor in pathogenesis.Besides,Spleen deficiency and Phlegm are the important physical conditions based on which illnesses take place.Professor Jiang pays great emphasis on regulating the function Liver,Spleen and Kidney in clinical treatment.In cope with the adverse reactions caused by endocrine drugs in treatment of breast cancer,Deficiency,Stasis and Phlegm syndrome are the main pathological factors and treatment principles of regulating Liver and Kidney,regulation patients' emotion and resolving Phlegm are used in combination in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.In this way,good results can be achieved.关键词
