通络活血汤治疗化疗后周围神经损伤临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Peripheral Nerve Injury After Chemotherapy by Self-Made Tongluo Huoxue Tang

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of internal and external administration of Tongluo Huoxue Tang on peripheral nerve injury after chemotherapy.Methods:98 cases of malignant tumor patients with peripheral nerve injury induced by chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given Mecobalamin injection,500 μg each time,once daily,intramuscular injection.The treatment group was treated with self-made Tongluo Huoxue Tang based on the control group,the composition:Guizhi (Cassia Twig) 30 g,Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) 30 g,Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba) 30 g,Xixin(Asarum)3 g,Tongcao(Ricepaperplant Pith)5 g,Baijiezi(White Mustard Seed) 10 g,Zhichuanwu (Prepared Sichuan Aconite Root) 3 g,Mugna (Fructus Chaenomelis) 30 g,Jixueteng (Caulis Spatholobi) 30 g,Danggui (Angelica Sinensis) 15 g,Jianghuang (Curcuma Longa) 10 g,Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) 3 pieces,D azao (Jujube) 3 pieces.1 dose per day,2 times a day.After decocting,add water to 2 000 mL,and then boil and soak hands and feet.30 days as a course of treatment of the two groups,a total of two courses of treatment.The pain relief rate,peripheral nerve injury efficacy,peripheral nerve injury electromyogram index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After removing the shedding cases,comparison on pain-numbing remission rate showed that 93.33％ in the treatment group and 68.89％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,comparison on the curative effect of peripheral injury in the two groups showed that 66.7％ in the treatment group,97.78％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The difference of peripheral nerve injury electromyogram indexes in the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The self-made Tongluo Huoxue Tang internal and external administration in treating peripheral nerve injury after chemotherapy has more significant effect,and less adverse reactions,avoiding the possible adverse reactions such as falling of blood,breathing difficulties due to long-term use of mecobalamin.关键词
