慢性肺源性心脏病中医病因病机分析
Etiology and Pathogenesis Aualysis in Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the rules of etiology and pathogenesis distribution,syndrome elements distribution and combination in treating for chronic pulmonary heart disease by analyzing the experience of modern famous veteran TCM doctors in treatment of pulmonary heart disease,thus providing evidence for enriching the TCM theory of etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary heart disease.Methods:Literatures which met the inclusion criteria were retrieved from the existing "Lung Disease Database of Modern Famous Doctors of Chinese Medicine" and "Lung Disease Database of Journals" for the establishment of "Literature Research Database of Modern Famous Doctors of Chinese Medicine in Treating Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease".The frequency data of the etiology and pathogenesis were studied by using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:There are 18 kinds of etiology,which are mainly fatigue,sputum,internal cause,external evils,and external cold.18 kinds of pathogenesis include Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Phlegm Dampness in lungs,Phlegm retention in lungs,Yang deficiency of Kidney,and Phlegm-heat obstructing Lung.The pathogenic syndrome elements of chronic pulmonary heart disease are mainly composed of Sputum,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and Heat.The syndrome element of pathogenic location was mainly the Lung and the Heart.The combination rule was dominated by the combination of two syndrome elements and three syndrome elements.The combination of two syndrome elements of disease nature were sputum pathogen combined with heat pathogen,the sputum pathogen combined with retention.The disease location was mainly the lung.Conclusion:The rules of etiology distribution,pathogenesis distribution,syndrome elements distribution and combination in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease by modem famous doctors of TCM are partly consistent with current documents and teaching materials.But the former also has a richer connotation,such as epidemic pathogenic factor of etiology,Liver Qi stagnation of pathogenesis.In recent years,these are highly valued by scholars and need to be further excavated.关键词
