补阳还五汤治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死51例观察
Observation of 51 Cases on Buyang Huanwu Decoction in Treating for Type 2 Diabetes with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on serum levels of hs-CRP and TNF-αin patients with type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction.Methods:102 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research subjects,who were divided into experimental group (51 cases) and control group (51 cases) according to the random digital table.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction in addition to that of the control group.The overall effects of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment and the levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-α and scores of TCM syndrome,nerve function defect as well as the adverse reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,the overall efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.16％,which was significantly higher than that (70.59％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05),but that were significantly lower respectively after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the TCM syndrome scores and neurological deficit scores between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05),while after treatment that was significantly reduced respectively (P ＜ 0.05).The scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.84％,which was significantly lower than that (23.53％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Buyang huanwu Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of serum hsCRP and TNF-αin patients with type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction,improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and neurological function.Besides,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and has values for further application.关键词
