加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变30例
Observation of 30 Cases on Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in Treatment of Diabetic Neuropathy with Pain

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in treatment of diabetic neuropathy with pain (DPN).Methods:60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with the basis treatment,such as lowering blood sugar,nourishing nerves and using pain killers,while the observation group were treated with Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in addition to that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,VAS,sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV),motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and the depression score of the two groups were measured and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group (93.3%) was significantly higher than that (73.3%) of the control group (P <0.05).The results of VAS,SNCV,MNCV and the depression score in the observation group were significantly improved than that before treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can rapidly alleviate the post herpetic neuralgia pain,enhance patients' quality of life and satisfy analgesia,which is convenient for clinical application.关键词
