中医药改善糖尿病肾病糖代谢紊乱的机制
Mechanism Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine to Improve Diabetic Nephropathy Sugar Metabolic Disorder
摘要
Abstract
There are still some deficiencies in treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) with traditional Chinese medicine:First of all,there are too many syndromes in TCM being divided with different rules and regulations,and there is a lack of rigorous evidence-based medical verification.As a result,there is no authoritative judgment standard in syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy.Second,there is a lack of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine the relevant experimental studies;hence its TCM mechanism of action cannot be clarified.The models used in animal experiments are basically the same copy as that in Western medical researches.There are lacks of rigorous scientific research design in experiments and most of them remain in the stage of observation and the speculation of mechanisms.There is a lack of quantitative analysis and the relationship exploration between the various indicators of the research.In future studies,we should further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of DN as well as establishing the clinical classification and treatment methods,the establishment of recognized syndromes and clinical efficacy criteria.At the same time,the establishment of experimental studies with Chinese characteristics and the creation of targeted series of prescription drugs should be done.More prescriptions with exact effect should be further studied.The action mechanism of single herbs should also be studied in-depth.关键词
