中药灌肠联合高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤75例临床观察
Clinical Observation of 75 Cases on Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in Treatment of Hysteromyoma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with ultrasound focusing on the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:150 cases of uterine myoma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 75 cases.The control group was given ultrasound focusing only,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema,Xiaoliu Guanchang prescription:Pubescent Holly Root,Honeysuckle Stem,Rheum Officinale,Selfheal,Spina Gleditsiae,Fructus Liquidambaris,rhizoma sparganii,Curcuma Zedoary,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,etc.,which is Provided by the preparation room of Zhengzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,concentrated decoction and filtration according to the standard of this hospital,100 mL per bag.After regular follow-up,the clinical symptoms,the size of the myoma and the changes of ultrasound imaging were observed.Results:After six months' treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00％,and control group was 81.3 ％,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The volume of uterine myoma and the ablation rate of myoma in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine enema combined with ultrasound focused therapy has remarkable effec in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Ultrasound focused thermal ablation can cause coagulative necrosis of the myoma,with TCM enema can accelerate the absorption of coagulation necrosis tissue,promote the reduction of the volume of the leiomyoma and prevent the regeneration of the fibroids.关键词
