浅议孙思邈辨治水肿病规律
Discussion on the Rule of Sun Simiao Treating for Edema Disease Based on Syndrome Differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Sun Simiao,by taking deficiency and excess as the key issues and taking the Triple Burner as the core location,considered that the main etiology and pathogenesis of Edema disease are as follows:① With excess of Qi and Water within human body,the meridians and collaterals are obstructed.② With deficiency of Qi and injury within human body,excess of water floods everywhere of the body.③ The Triple Burner is broken with water bursting out of it,which causes the obstruction of waterway within human body.Therefore,the treatment should be carried out mainly from the following aspects:① The functions of Zang and Fu organs should be regulated respectively,with clearing Water related with Lung as the focus;② Both Sweating and dispelling Water are used,with tonifying Qi at the same time;③ Dispelling water should be used with activating blood circulation to prevent from disease going deeply into collaterals;④ When dealing with newly-occurred Edema,attacking strategy is usually implemented;⑤ With long-lasting Edema,careful nursing of patients' health should be focused on.关键词
