孙思邈治疗肝脏相关病症方药运用特色
Analysis on Characteristics of Liver Related Diseases and Sun Simiao's Formula in Clinical Treatment
摘要
Abstract
Sun Simiao initiated the treatment pattern of Zang-fu differentiation.In his book named Qian Jin Yao Fang (from volume eleven named Liver to volume twenty named Bladder Fu),the physiological and pathological illustration as well as the treatment in perspective of Zang-fu system,which promoted the formation of TCM diagnosis and treatment mode of "the Five Zang organs being the focus and Zang-fu pattern priority identification.Liver diseases are not only reflected on the liver itself but also on the corresponding organs and the emotional abnormalities.Clinically,in treatment of Liver-heat syndrome drugs with bitter and cold-relieving,characters would be used while the treatment of Liver deficiency-cold syndrome drugs with warm and tonifying characters would be used.In treatment of Liver deficiency due to much labor the formula of Zhu Gao Jiu Prescription and Hu Gu Jiu Prescription should be used to achieve satisfying clinical efficacy.In treatment of Tendon disease with excess syndrome,Rhubarb,Gypsum,Rhino horn and other medicine which can cool blood should be used,being supplemented by drugs which can motivate blood circulation.In treatment of Tendons disease with deficiency syndrome,Cortex acanthopanacis,Zhujiao root bark,Angelica and dry Rehmannia glutinosa as well as other drugs should be used.Pills made of drugs with hot and acrid flavors are mostly used in treatment of symptoms of accumulation and most of the drugs are worm kinds.关键词
