丹酚酸B对急性肾损伤大鼠血浆FGF-23、KIM-1及肾功能的影响
Effect of Ssalvianolic acid B on Expression of Plasma FGF-23 ,KIM-1 and Renal Function of Rats with Acute Renal Injury

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Salvianolic acid B on the expression of FGF-23,KIM-1 and renal function of rats with acute renal injury.Methods:Healthy male SD 60 rats were randomly divided into control group,sham operation group,model group and treatment group,with 15 rats in each group.The model group was established as an acute kidney injury (AKI) model rats,and the treatment group was established on the basis of AKI model rat's tail vein injection of Salvianolic acid B.The sham operation group was treated with the same way as that of the model group,but the renal arteries of rats were not clipped.The rats in the control group were only injected with 5% glucose solution into the caudal vein.After 24 hours of operation,the general survival,FGF-23,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,KIM-1 and calcium and phosphorus contents in the four groups were compared.Results:Results:There was not death case of rats in the control group and the sham operation group.The rats in the model group had poor basic conditions,with 7 rats died and with a mortality rate of 53.33%.The rats in the medication group were generally basal but superior to the model group,with two rats died and the mortality rate was 13.33%.There was no significant difference in FGF-23,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,KIM-1 level and calcium and phosphorus content between the sham operation group and the control group (P > 0.05).Serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and FGF-23 and KIM-1,the content of calcium was lower than the model group and the phosphorus content was higher than the model group,the differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Injection of Salvianolic acid B on rats with acute kidney injury can effectively reduce the FGF-23,KIM-1,SCr,BUN,calcium and phosphorus metabolism can maintain cellular homeostasis,protect the integrity of the cells,and effectively improve the degree of renal injury in rats.关键词
