基于DEA/ANP方法的声纳浮标搜潜方案决策模型

摘要
Abstract
In this paper,a new method was presented for the selection of sonar buoy search scheme in the evaluation of the potential performance of anti-submarine patrol aircraft.First of all,according to data envelopment analysis(DEA),the ob?jective horizontal evaluation of the program wss made.Then,a combination analysis model with network structure was es?tablished by the scheme.According to the basic theory of network analytic hierarchy process(ANP),the model was opti?mized and the tool was designed for the field and supports ANP visualization description and scientific decision,and the subjective comparison was made.Combined with two evaluation results,the best conclusion was obtained.关键词
