五苓散加味治疗单纯性肥胖合并脂代谢异常40例
The Clinical Research into Simple obesity Combined with Abnormality of Lipid Metabolism Treated with Supplemented Five Substances Powder with Poria

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Five Substances Powder with Poria on simple obesity combined with abnormality of lipid metabolism.Methods:By using retrospective analysis,eighty patients with simple obesity combined with abnormality of lipid metabolism were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given Health education,diet guidance and moderate aerobic exercise intervention,and simvastatin capsule,while the ones in the treatment group were added Five Substances Powder with Poria based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects were observed.Their body mass indexes (BMI) before and after the treatment were compared.The levels of threeacyl glycerin (TG),total cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)before and after the treatment were measured by using automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 75％ and that of the treatment group was 92.5％.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups' BMI were lower than before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TC,TG and HDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Five Substances Powder with Poria can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of simple obesity combined with abnormality of lipid metabolism,and the clinical efficacy.关键词
