六经辨治肝癌临证思路探析
An Analysis of Clinical Thinking of Treating Liver Cancer Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Febrile Diseases in Accordance with the Six Meridians
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis yang of liver cancer begins in Shaoyang Meridian,whereas the pathogenesis yin of liver cancer ends in Jueyin Meridian.Shaoyang Meridian and Jueyin Meridian go through the occurrence,course,progress and end of liver cancer,and are of great importance.During different stages of liver cancer,many zang-organs and fu-organs are involved,deteriorated cases appear,and the pathogenesis characteristics and symptoms are similar to Taiyang disease,Yangming disease,Taiyin disease,and Shaovin disease.The svndromes bv liver cancer progressing into other meridians include Shaoyang-Taiyang syndrome,ShaoyangYangming syndrome,Shaoyang-Taiyin syndrome,and Shaoyin syndrome.So this article analyzes pathogenesis evolution of liver cancer based on syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases in accordance with the six meridians,points out that practical treatment of liver cancer should focus on Shaoyang Meridian and Jueyin Meridian,involving other meridians,which provides new thinking of diagnosis and treatment for liver cancer.关键词
