清胰化瘀解毒方对重症急性胰腺炎患者免疫功能的影响
The Influence of Qingyi Huayu Jiedu Decoction on Immune Function of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and the influence of Qingyi Huayu Jiedu Decoction (QYHYJDD) on immune function of patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with SAP who were treated in our hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added QYHYJDD based on the treatment of the control group.Then remission of clinical symptoms and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were conpared.The levels of immunoglobulin (IgG,IgA,IgM) and T cell subsets (CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +) and serum amylase level before and after the treatment in two groups were detected.Results:The abdominal pain and distension,bowel sound,exhaust and defecation,fever relieving time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 91.67％ and 70％ respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CI4 +/CD8 +,IgA,IgM and IgG in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the blood amylase water in the two groups was lower than that before the treatmeut,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:QYHYJDD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on patients with SPA,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and their immune functions.关键词
