Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Du moxibustion on ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods:Ninety-six patients who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given technetium 99TC methylene two phosphate injection for intravenous injection,while the ones in the treatment group were added Du moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed.The changes of Bath activity index (BASDAI)and functional index (BASFI),morning stiffness,pillow-wall distance,Schober test,finger-ground distance,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C reactive protein (CRP) and other changes before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate in the control group was 72.91％,while that in the treatment group was 91.66％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups' BASDAI,BASFI,morning stiffness,pillow-wall distance,Schober test,ESR and CRP,finger-ground distance significantly improved,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Du moxibustion in combination has a remarkable clinical curative effect on AS,can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.关键词
