丹芍二地四妙饮治疗急性痛风性关节炎65例
Sixty-Five Cases with Acute Gouty Arthritis Treated with Danshao Erdi Simiao Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Danshao Erdi Simiao Decoction on acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Totally 130 patients with acute gouty arthritis treated in the Orthopedics Department of this hospital between January 2014 and December 2015 were randomized into control group and treatment group,65 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.Control group were given oral administration of Colchincine and Celecoxib capsules while treatment group were given Danshao Erdi Simiao Decoction,2 weeks as a treatment course for both groups.Results:The effective rate was 98.46％ in treatment group and 95.38％ in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of joint pain,joint swelling and joint immobilization in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of ESR,CRP and BUA in treatment group were superior to those in control group,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Danshao Erdi Simiao Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on acute gouty arthritis,which can reduce the uric acid level,relieve clinical symptoms,promote rapid recovery of the joint function and effectively control the uric acid level.关键词
