益肾生精汤治疗少弱精症所致不育症68例
Clinical Observation of Sixty-Eight Cases with Infertility Due to Oligospermia and Asthenospermia Treated with Kidney-Benefiting and Sperm-Generating Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kidney-Benefiting and Sperm-Generating Decoction on infertility due to oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods:Totally 68 cases with infertility due to oligospermia and asthenospermia were given Kidney-Benefiting and Sperm-Generating Decoction for the treatment.The sperm quality before and after treatment were detected.Results:Among the 68 cases,26 cases had excellent effects,32 cases with effects,10 cases without effect;the effective rate was 85.29％.After 2 courses of treatment,the sperm survival rate,the percentages of grade-a sperm and grade-a and grade-b sperms increased obviously;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The sperm density after 2 treatment courses increased,but the difference had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-Benefiting and Sperm-Generating Decoction has definite therapeutic effects on infertility due to oligospermia and asthenospermia,which can enhance the sperm activity and reduce the teratosperm rate.关键词
