Is There a Virtuous Interaction Between Multi Social Governance and Economic Growth?—Based on Empirical Evidence in Beijing,1995—2015

Abstract
Take Beijing as an example,based on time series data from 1995 to 2015,this paper uses the Johansen co-integration test and the Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between multi social governance and economic growth.On the basis of this theme,it selects three variables of social governance of government investment,social organization scale and economic growth,and carries out the impulse response function analysis and the variance decomposition.The results show that there is no virtuous interaction between social governance and economic growth in Beijing.Specifically,government investment and social organizations have no significant effect on economic growth,and the significant positive effects of economic growth on government investment and social organizations have different stage features.Therefore,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions as follows:government should realize the virtuous interaction virtuous multi social governance and economic growth,increase governance investment to take advantage of its multiplier effect on economy growth,and foster social organizations,in order to release their impetus to economy growth.关键词
