The Reversed Transmission Mechanism of Technical Trade Barriers to Technology Innovation and Export Trade

Abstract
The technical trade barrier,a double-edged sword,is always the focus of controversy.It has obvious trade protection characteristics,while the positive effect is often overlooked.This paper analyzes effects of the reversed transmission mechanism of technical trade barriers on technological innovation and export trade from the perspective of economics and mathematics,and uses the time series data of Chinese medicine industry from 2002 to 2014 to carry on the empirical test.The result shows that the reversed transmission mechanism of technical trade barriers is to control the international trade by promoting enterprises'technological innovation and changing the cost and price of goods. The technical trade barrier plays a restraining role on export trade in the short term,but can stimulate enterprises to upgrade the technological level,and ultimately promote the development of export trade in the long time.关键词
