摘要

Abstract

By the titanium passivity,it is susceptible to generate passivation membrane,then prevent an electrochemical machining.Design to create a set of test device,adopts the model of DC,pulse to titanium alloy electrochemical machining for a large number of experiments.According to principle of current efficiency curve and through data processing and analysis,the electrolyte formula that is suitable for titanium alloy electrochemical machining electrolyte is optimizationed.
