Abstract
In order to test the fatigue life of thin band and the maximum static friction force between thin band and the tension pulley with different tension,experiments were carried out in several groups by using self-developed band saw.The tension force effects the fatigue life and the resonance frequency,and the static friction force provides the cutting force for band saw.The above factors influence the cutting parameters.Experimental data,theoretical calculation and aided calculation based on Workbench are used.By force analysis and modal analysis,aimed to deduce the relationship between fatigue life and cutting parameters,provide an important theoretical basis for selecting the cutting parameters and tensile force of band saw.关键词
