摘要

Abstract

Based on the development and industrialization of the robot joint precision planetary gear decelerator,the manufacture processes of precision planetary gear decelerator are optimized which include gear manufacture process,the planet pinion carriers manufacture process,the inner ring gear processing technology,the assembly and the measurement process.The high-speed CNC dry cut hobbing machine,dry cut hob,the broach and slotting tool of the inner ring gear,decelerator efficiency test instrument,fa-tigue life measurement instrument and other key processing and measurement equipment and cutting tools are designed in the process of industrialization.The new process has been operating stably,its production efficiency has been increased by 13.2%and the rate of defective products has decreased by 6.6%compare with the old process.
