摘要

Abstract

The principle of the binocular laser scanner which has the error and optimization methods is studied firstly and then the cloud data of the ashtray part was scanned and obtained by the optimized REVscan 3D laser scanner.Secondly,the reverse design of the ashtray part was conducted by using of Geomagic Studio and the practical model of ashtray parts was compared with the the -oretical model in the Geomagic Qualify.And furtherly,the color difference detection and size calibration of ashtray parts were a-chieved.The results showed that:the overall tolerance of the ashtray sizes is high by comparing the CAD drawings with calibration dimensions.The method of numerical comparison provides scientific means for controlling product quality,having important practi-cal significance.
