Abstract

Technology readiness has been widely used in complex structure product manufacturing,such as aeronautics and astro-nautics.Critical Technical Element(CTE) identification is the premise and foundation for technology readiness levels evaluation. To improve the deficiencies of traditional CTE identification method which relies on expert experience greatly,requires sufficient information and prior knowledge,has great uncertainty and so on,a new CTE identification method is proposed for the technology readiness levels evaluation which is based on rough set theory and information entropy theory.First,the theory of the attribute sig-nificance in rough sets is introduced to CTE identify,the importance degree of key technology is evaluated using the attribute sig-nificance.Secondly,the information entropy theory is introduced to modify the expert evaluation result for weakening the uncertain factors during the evaluation process.Then,the key technologies in key position of product development are screened out from the technology set using the quantified index of technology importance.Finally,the validity of the method is proved with an instance,the instance shows that the method can offer quantitative importance index of technology with strong operationally,engineering value.
