Abstract
To meet the demand of non-standard manufacturing enterprise,finished the data analysis and processing,order forecast, working hour,establishing the original simulation model and improvement strategy by using Arena software.It provides reliable improvement strategies for the enterprises,so the enterprise can achieve the elimination of production bottlenecks,improve produc-tion efficiency targets.The analysis shows that the simulation model successfully simulates the actual production process,through the implementation of strategy on the manufacturing system the solution can meet the actual needs of the enterprise.关键词
