摘要

Abstract

Thermostat lower casing have many problems,like buckling deformation,unequal shrinkage and so on.To solve these problems,use the Pro/E software and the Moldflow software to establish 3D models and make cavity design of the thermostat low-ering casing.Moreover,EMX is applied for formwork addition to accomplish the design of hot runner injection mold.The effective combination of structure of innovative design and hot runner technology could streamline the mold structure and compact the lay-out structure to result in a better forming quality.
