摘要

Abstract

The light rare earth element(LREE)content in the soil of navel orange orchard in South Jian-gxi area is greater than that of heavy rare earth element(HREE).An appropriate content of LREE is an advan-tage not only for the growth of navel oranges,but also the human health.In order to investigate the correlation between the content of LREE in the soil of and that in the leaves and fruit of navel orange and reveal the effects of LREE on the fruit quality of navel oranges,this study analyzed the changes in the contents of lanthanum(La),cerium(Ce),praseodymium(Pr),neodymium(Nd)in navel orange leaves and fruit in the different growth pe-riod as well as the correlation between the content of four kinds of LREE in the soil and that in the navel or-ange fruit and leaves of two navel orange orchards in Xinfeng County with different background values of rare earth elements,using Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that the LREE contents in the soil was in the order of Ce>La>Nd>Pr.There was a significant difference in the contents of the four kinds of LREE.Navel orange leaves and fruit were selective and heterogeneous about LREE.La had the largest accumulation of the four kinds of LREE in the navel orange leaves and fruit in different growth peri-ods.The changes in the LREE content in the leaves increased at first and then decreased,but reduced constant-ly in the fruit.In the process of LREE migration from the soil to the leaf and then to the fruit,the content de-creased rapidly as the distance of the migration increased.In addition,the accumulation of navel orange LREE was positively correlated with the amount of LREE in the soil.The correlation between the LREE content in the fruit and that in the leaves was the greatest.La was the most relevant LREE followed by Ce,which showed that the kinds of LREE affected the accumulation of LREE in navel oranges.
