DNA甲基化抑制剂5-azaC对花椰菜生长发育的影响

Abstract
The author studied the effects of different concentrations of DNA methylation inhibitor 5-azaC on the growth and developmental indexes of cauliflower with various maturities in the field. The results showed that a certain concentration(10~20 mg/L)of 5-azaC could not only promote the budding and flowering of cauliflower,but also affect the other growth indexes such as plant height,plant width,ball-flower diameter and single-ball-flower mass,and the effect degree was closely related to the con-centration of 5-azaC. For the same cauliflower material,there was a significant difference in budding date among different concen-trations of 5-azaC treatments,and the budding date of cauliflower in 5-azaC treatments was 3~8 days earlier than that in the con-trol. The appropriate 5-azaC concentration for cauliflower was 10~20 mg/L. The sensitivity of different cauliflower materials to 5-azaC treatment was different, and low concentration(5~20 mg/L)of 5-azaC treatment promoted the budding and flowering, while high concentration(20~40 mg/L)of 5-azaC treatment inhibited the growth and development of cauliflower.关键词
