Research on Estimation Models of Apple Leaf Chlorophyll Content Based on Imaging Hyperspectral Data

Abstract
The hyperspectral reflectivity and SPAD value of normal and red-spider-damaged apple leaves were used as the data sources,the correlations among the SPAD value,original spectral reflectance and its first-order derivative,and hyperspectral reflectance were analyzed,and the estimation models of apple leaf chlorophyll content were established based on the hyperspectral reflectance through the screening of sensitive bands. The results indicated that: the sensitive bands of chlorophyll content in nor-mal apple leaves were 513~539,564~585,694,699 and 720 nm,and the best estimation model of chlorophyll content was lin-ear functional model SPAD=152.450-1884.851R377; the sensitive bands of chlorophyll content in red-spider-damaged apple leaves were 961,972 and 720 nm, and the best estimation model of chlorophyll content was linear functional model SPAD=49.371-46428.473 R'972.关键词
