摘要
Abstract
With the incidence of malignant tumor increases gradually in recent years,the quality of end stage life for patients with poor prognosis becomes a hot issue and attract much attention of the society.How to achieve hu-manitarian care and to accompany the dying patients spend their rest of lives with peace,joy and dignity,has been a focus point in medical,ethical and sociological study.In such context,palliative care appears as a new choice for peo-ple.This article will describe the positive meaning of palliative care from the perspective of bioethics,analyze difficul-ties and barriers for palliative care′s implementation in China from the point of view of doctors and patients,and give some solutions to positively carry forward palliative care and hospice care.As the efficiency of medical resources rai-ses,the quality of life for patients with malignant tumor could be improved,and the dignity and ultimate value of life could be realized.关键词
