Effect of four kinds of statins on short-term renal function and inflammation in patients after percutaneous cor-onary intervention

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of four kinds of statins on short-term renal function and inflammation in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods One hundred patients after PCI were selected as research subjects.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group 1,experimental group 2,experimental group 3, experimental group 4,each group had 25 cases.The subjects of experimental group 1 were treated with pravastatin treat-ment,the subjects of experimental group 2 treated with lovastatin treatment,the experimental group 3 treated with simv-astatin,the experimental group 4 treated with atorvastatin.The renal function and inflammation were compared among 4 groups.Results After treatment,the indicators of the experimental group 4 were better than the other three groups, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The four experimental groups were no obvious differences in the inflammatory parameters(sICAM-1,hs-CRP,CRP and Fg)(P>0.05).After treatment,the renal function of patients who received atorvastatin were better than other experimental groups.Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin on renal function and other indexes is positive after PCI.关键词
