摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of prevention and guidance card on constipation in patients with joint replacement surgery.Method A total of 103 patients with joint replacement surgery were selected.Fifty-one patients a-dopted conventional nursing served as the control group,52 patients adopted conventional nursing combined with preven-tion constipation instruction card served as observation group.The effect of constipation prevention of the two groups were compared.Results Postoperative 2 d first defecation status,consciously patency and patient satisfaction of study group were significantly better than those of the control group.Defecate,dry stool,endless defecate feeling and auxiliary drugs of study group were superior to the control group.Emotional regulation,rational drug use,and awareness of constipation harm of study group higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Prevention guide card can effectively reduce the occurrence of constipation in patients with joint replacement surgery,it has a positive effect on constipation,greatly improve patient satisfaction and the cognition of constipation.关键词
