改良POSSUM评分系统在老年髋部骨折手术风险评估中的应用价值
Effect of P-POSSUM and POSSUM scoring on operative risk assessment of geriatric hip fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the accuracy of P-POSSUM on mortality projection and operative complica-tions of geriatric hip fracture surgery.Methods 102 over 60-year-old inpatients with hip fracture were evaluated by P-POSSUM and POSSUM scoring to calculate rate of complications and mortality.and the actual incidence of complica-tion and mortality were observation.Results There were 22 cases of complications and 6 cases of death according to P-POSSUM,and there were 25 cases of complications and 4 case of death actually.There is no significant difference be-tween the predicted value and the actual value.There were 31 cases of complications according to POSSUM,and there was no significant difference between the predicted value and the actual value.There will be 15 cases of death according to POSSUM,but there was 4 case of death actually.The predicated value was higher than the actual value.Conclusion P-POSSUM have a better predictive ability for hip fracture surgery in the elderly aged over 60 years,and the POSSUM o-verestimates the mortality rate.关键词
