Abstract
In China,Chinese patent medicine(CPM)has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of various diseases.It has the advantages of convenient storage and carrying,no decocting,no peculiar smell and less irrita-tion.However,with the increase of the application,the adverse reactions/events of CPMs in recent years have sounded the alarm and aroused widespread attention in the pharmaceutical industry of CPMs at home and abroad.In order to en-sure the clinical use of CPMs,in this paper,the classification and common predisposing factors of adverse drug reactions in recent years were summarized and analyzed,and the hot issues such as the combination of traditional Chinese medi-cine injections,the use of CPMs for elderly patients,the tonic CPMs and the use of CPMs containing toxic traditional Chinese medicines were mainly discussed,to remind the medical staff concerned,reduce the occurrence of adverse reac-tions /events as much as possible.关键词
