基于专家访谈的心力衰竭患者缓和医疗照护服务内容要素的本土化探讨
Expert Interview-based Localization of Palliative Care for Patients with Heart Failure in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the service contents of palliative care for patients with heart failure in China. Methods Semi-structured interview was conducted and totally 13 experts from the fields of palliative care, cardiology and primary care were interviewed.All these data were analyzed by content analysis. ResuIts A total of 55,204 words were transcribed and 525 meaning units were identified in the interviews. Six themes were extracted including physical care, psychological support, spiritual support, communication and consultation, holistic care with family as the focus, and social support. ConcIusion Identification of key points in palliative care for heart failure population in China contributes to the relevant practice for palliative care of heart failure people.关键词
