184例类风湿关节炎围绝经期患者生活质量及影响因素分析
Quality of Life of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients with Perimenopausal Syndrome and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of life of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients with perimenopausal syndrome, and to analyze the influence factors. Methods A total of 184 RA patients with perimenopausal syndrome were investigated by general information questionnaire, World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and Perceived Social Support Scale. Multiple linear regression was used to analysis the influence factors of quality of life. ResuIts The score of quality of life of the respondents was 64.82 ±8.28. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the perceived social support, depression and education background were the important factors affecting RA patient's quality of life (P<0.05). ConcIusion The overall quality of life of RA patients with perimenopausal syndrome is poor, which is mainly influenced by perceived social support, depression and education background. Communications between medical staff and patients which helps to identify negative emotions and problems in patients'social support network and targeted health education will benefit improving their quality of life.关键词
