黑龙江省农机合作社发展历程及建设效果研究
Research on the Development of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives and Construction Effect
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural machinery cooperatives have been constructed and developed for more than 10 years in Hei-longjiang province as a new administrating form for agricultural production.It has important theoretical and practical sig-nificance to study the developing process and effect.Three developing stages,from 2003 to 2015,of agricultural machin-ery cooperatives in Heilongjiang province were departed and characteristics of each stage were determined.Constructing effects of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Heilongjiang province were analyzed, including investment effect, land transferring,labor transferring,agricultural mechanization level and economic benefit.The conclusion of the paper can be the concrete guidance for healthy development for agricultural machinery cooperatives and theoretical accordance for rela -tive departments to make objective decisions.关键词
