摘要

Abstract

A traditional rice harvester hydraulic system is firstly analysed in this paper,and the key problems are pointed out.The traditional system is upgraded, and the new system's principle is deeply analysed, meanwhile, the working principle of shunt valve and speed control valve are elaborated.And the two valves have been tested in different load con-dition on bench test.Test shows that the new system adopts the shunt spool structure,which can satisfy the combined ac-tion of the system steering and the cutting table, the wheel and the grain unloading, and remarkably improves the effi-ciency;The new system adopts the scheme of speed control valve to control the reel motor,which can be adjusted with the stroke of the handle to control the motor speed and the speed is stability,.it is suitable for harvesting crops requiring dif-ferent speeds,and convenience and high efficiency;The new system adopts the hydraulic motor to control the barrel rota-tion,the power density ratio is bigger than DC motor, and more safety,lower failure rate.
