齿带式和弹齿滚筒式捡拾器性能对比试验研究
Comparative Experimental Study on Operation Performance of Tooth-belt Pickup Header and Spring-finger Cylinder Pickup Header
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the loss ratio and efficiency of picking up of the rapeseed stage harvesting,a comparative experiment between tooth-belt pickup header and spring-finger cylinder pickup header is conducted under the same condition.The results show that at normal operation level,the average loss ratio of the tooth-belt pickup header is 6.25%and the aver-age loss ratio of the spring-finger cylinder pickup header is 5.5%and the latter is more efficient.With the increasing of the forward speed of the machine,the increasing of the loss ratio of the spring-finger cylinder pickup header is more obvi-ous.The tooth-belt pickup header is more suitable for fitting the high-feeding quantity combine harvesters and accomplis-hing the high-speed operation in the flat fields.关键词
