摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of the agricultural equipment at present, on the basis of analyzing the working principle of polygonal vertical roller type corn harvester head which was designed by SDUT and Foton Lovol International Heavy Industry,this paper analyzes the hazard degree of the polygonal vertical roller corn harvester head by means of FMECA analysis method.A polygonal vertical roller corn head classification and function diagram was designed and the FMECA list was established according to the reliability standards, and the parts of the polygonal vertical roller corn harvester head criticality were analyzed,the polygonal vertical roller corn harvester head hazard degree matrix calcu-lation provide valuable reference for the reliability of the vertical roller corn head, and the FMECA research of vertical roller corn harvester head provide a reference for other complex agricultural equipment.
