摘要

Abstract

Vine burying is an important working procedure to solve the grape safety wintering at present, but there are many problems with using labor vine burying,for example,high operation cost,labor intensity and low economic benefit. The paper developed a new kind of suspended grape vine burying machine which based on blade borrow soil device and vane tossed soil device.And the key components of the blade earth device and vane tossed soil device are validated,the structural parameters of the key components are selected.The prototype is processed and the field experiment is carried out.The field experiment concluded that the working efficiency of the hanging plant was 0.54hm2/h, and the operating cost was 4 000 yuan per hectare.The results show that the application of suspended grape vine burying machine is re -duced the cost of operation,reduced labor intensity and improved economic performance.
