牵引式方草捆捡拾堆垛机的设计与研究
Design and Research of Pull-type Rectangular Pickup Bales and Straw Bales Buncher
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the current problems as the difficult straw collection,the long time stacking and the large la-bor intensity,the Pull-type Rectangular Pickup Baling and Straw Bale Buncher is designed and researched.The machine is composed of pickup,turnover and loading mechanism,vehicle frame,hydraulic system and control system.Under the control system,the straw bale picking up,transporting,loading,transporting,unloading and stacking can be completed at one time by the machine.The test shows that the pick-up speed can reach 15 km /h, and the transportation speed can reach 30 km /h,finally the collection and stacking of bales up 3 000 to 5 000 which is 30-50 times as labors' per day.关键词
