小型甘蔗收获机刀架振动试验与优化
Vibration Test and Optimization of Tool Carrier of Small Sugarcane Harvester

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of the excessive vibration of the tool carrier of the small cane harvester,the con-dition test and the analysis are carried out to reveal the vibration condition of the tool holder.Test shows,the vibration of the tool carriage is too large when the road excitation is combined with the motor excitation:when the 2Hz excitation of the road surface and the motor 28hz excitation are combined,and the effective acceleration value of the tool carrier RMS in the 0-100Hz is 3.11m/s2.After optimization, in 0-100Hz, the acceleration value of tool carrier RMS is 1.19m/s2, which reduces by about 61.8%,and effectively reduces the vibration of tool post.This will provide reference for vibration test analysis and optimization of sugarcane harvester at later stage.关键词
