Abstract
The Gansu-Shaanxi-Shanxi sections of West-to-East Gas Pipelines are subjected to landsliding seriously.There occurred 32 landslides that jeopardized or seriously threatened the safety of pipelines in these sections since 2002.Based on factual data of the 32 landslides,the relation of pipelines deformation characteristics with intersection angle between pipeline and landsliding direction and with landslides characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the pipelines deformation direct-ly relates the pipeline layout direction and landsliding direction,especially a positive relation to landsliding scale,but without re-lation with rock and soil features of landslides.In addition,the sliding body thickness exerts no obvious influence on the deforma-tion of column layout pipelines to the slide,but it has significant influence on the deformation of parallel layout pipelines to the landslide.During pipelines'designed stage,the layout round landslides should be avoided,if inevitable,engineering measures such as drainage,anti-sliding should be adopted to reinforce the slope stability.During construction stage,sectioned construc-tion is recommended to reduce the disturbance to slope.During operation stage,it is better to build piles and piers,dig isolated trench along pipelines and change back-filling materials to lower the load on pipelines.Besides,we suggest that the slope de-formation and pipe strain should be monitored for adopting engineering measures timely and avoiding excessive pipeline stress con-centration.关键词
