跨省超采区地下水压采协调机制研究
Study on Coordination Mechanisms of Groundwater Exploitation in Inter-Provincial Overdraft Areas
摘要
Abstract
Some groundwater water overexploitation areas are across more provinces. The involved provinces have differences in economic and social development,and have different interests about groundwater overexploitation control at different periods.While,the integrity of ground?water system requires that all involved provinces should jointly promote groundwater protection and overexploitation control. This paper ana?lyzed the main issues facing inter?provincial groundwater overexploitation areas, and proposed the framework of coordination mechanism of groundwater control involved different provinces, from the aspects of institutional arrangements, coordination basis, and process regulations,etc.关键词
