Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy ('H-MRS) in the soft tissue tumors of the extremities.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 82 cases confirmed by pathology was conducted,of them,39 patients were benign tumors,43 were malignant tumors.Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and 1H-MRS were performed before pathology diagnosis.Record the peak value of choline (Cho) 、creatine (Cr)and Cho/Cr.Results:The mean of Cho、Cr、Cho/Cr of the malignant tumors are separately 20.52 ± 8.42、6.33 ± 3.26、3.25 ± 1.45;the mean of Cho、Cr、Cho/Cr of the benign tumors are separately 9.36 ±4.63、6.25 ± 3.03、1.50 ±0.31.There is significant difference between benign and malignant soft tissue tumors of Cho 、Cho/Cr(P ＜0.05),There is no significant difference between benign and malignant soft tissue tumors of Cr(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Cho and Cho/Cr of 1H-MRS have important value in the qualitative analysis of benign and malignant soft tissue tumors.关键词
