The Effect of Tabular Pre-bed Nursing Record Application in the Post-operative Recovery of Gastric Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of tabular pre-bed nursing record application in the post-operative recovery of gastric carcinoma patients.Methods:In a retrospective study with 129 gastric carcinoma patients with D2 radical operation between January 2016 and August 2016,the patients were stratified into two groups according to the tabular prebed nursing record(tabular pre-bed nursing record group and control group).The control group was managed with basic post-operative nursing of gastric carcinoma,and tabular pre-bed nursing record was added for the experimental group except basic nursing.The clinical characteristics and post-operative recovery outcomes and satisfaction degree were compared among the two groups.Results:The advantage of postoperative anus exhaust,early ambulation,hospital stay and post-operative complications were found in the tabular pre-bed nursing record group.The tabular pre-bed nursing record group had shorter time interval for first anus exhaust,ambulation,hospital stay and less post-operative complications than the control group(P ＜0.05).In additions,the tabular pre-bed nursing record group had better satisfaction degree,especially for health education,initiative of nursing and humanistic care than the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The tabular prebed nursing records are beneficial to the implementation of nursing,the post-operative recovery of gastric carcinoma and improve the satisfaction degree.关键词
