摘要

Abstract

Insects have been evolving over nearly 400 million years and have adapted to successfully occupy many different niches.Using new tools scientists are describing novel compounds and traits from insects that can be used in the field of bionic research for industrial and medical applications.For example,the robots have been inspired by insect walking,military camou-flage by insect colors,and micro-detectors from simulating insect flight,all inspired by insects.
